The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced the results of its audit of recruitment offices and companies during the second quarter of 2025. This is part of its ongoing efforts to regulate the sector, raise compliance levels, and ensure the protection of the rights of all stakeholders.
The ministry revealed that it detected a number of violations, requiring regulatory action against 18 recruitment offices. Seventeen offices were immediately suspended, while the license of one office was revoked for failing to correct its violations within the specified deadline. The violations observed included violations of recruitment practices and labor services, delays in returning amounts due to clients, and violations related to contracting procedures.
This comes within the framework of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s efforts, through its oversight and regulatory system, to enhance compliance in the labor market and improve the efficiency of services provided. This falls within the framework of its strategy to regulate practices and ensure the protection of contractual parties. It also seeks to enable a structured, transparent, and sustainable work environment that contributes to improving the beneficiary experience and supports the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The Ministry affirms its continued regular monitoring of recruitment offices’ performance and the application of penalties against those who fail to comply with regulations. The Ministry calls on all beneficiaries to take advantage of reliable services through the “Musaned” platform, the approved national platform for regulating recruitment services. The platform allows electronic contracting with approved service providers and provides tools for evaluation, reporting, and follow-up. Any violations can be reported through the unified number (920002866), or through the “Musaned” application available on smart devices.
