These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tadbeer Center website and services. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Use of the Site
You agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with security or performance.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
Where account creation is provided, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3) Services & Bookings
Our platform facilitates information and bookings related to domestic worker services via Tadbeer-authorized centers. Submissions (forms, CVs, documents) must be accurate and lawful. We may verify data and reject or cancel requests where necessary to ensure compliance.
4) Payments & Refunds
When payments apply, fees and charges will be disclosed prior to checkout. Refunds (if applicable) follow the policy communicated at the time of purchase or set by the servicing center. Bank and payment provider terms also apply.
5) Content & Intellectual Property
All site content (text, designs, logos, graphics) is owned by Tadbeer Center or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent.
6) Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We align with standards of GCC Labour Authorities (including MoHRE and equivalent bodies) regarding transparency and lawful processing.
7) Compliance & Prohibited Use
You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; not to engage in fraud; and not to violate applicable GCC laws or regulations.
8) Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We strive for accuracy and uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadbeer Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
10) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or to comply with legal obligations.
12) Governing Law (GCC)
These Terms are intended to align with applicable standards across the GCC region. Where required, local mandatory rules may apply.

الشروط والأحكام
تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام (“الشروط”) وصولك إلى موقع مركز تدبير واستخدامك له وخدماته. باستخدامك للموقع أو الخدمات، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
١) استخدام الموقع
تلتزم باستخدام الموقع بصورة قانونية ومسؤولة، وعدم إساءة استخدامه أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به أو التأثير على أمنه أو أدائه.
٢) الأهلية والحسابات
عند توافر إنشاء الحسابات، يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة والحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول. أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.
٣) الخدمات والحجوزات
يُسهّل موقعنا المعلومات والحجوزات المتعلقة بخدمات العمالة المنزلية عبر مراكز تدبير المعتمدة. يجب أن تكون البيانات المقدّمة (نماذج، سير ذاتية، وثائق) دقيقة وقانونية. ويجوز لنا التحقّق من البيانات ورفض أو إلغاء الطلبات عند الضرورة لضمان الامتثال.
٤) المدفوعات والاسترداد
عند وجود مدفوعات، يتم توضيح الرسوم قبل الإتمام. تخضع الاستردادات (إن وُجدت) للسياسة المعلنة وقت الشراء أو سياسة المركز المقدم للخدمة، إلى جانب شروط مزوّدي الدفع.
٥) المحتوى والملكية الفكرية
يعود ملكية محتوى الموقع (النصوص، التصاميم، الشعارات، الرسومات) لمركز تدبير أو للمرخِّصين، وهو محمي وفق القوانين المعمول بها. لا يجوز النسخ أو التعديل أو التوزيع دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
٦) الخصوصية والكوكيز
يخضع استخدامك للموقع أيضًا إلى سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الكوكيز. نلتزم بمعايير سلطات العمل في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (بما فيها MoHRE والجهات المكافئة) من حيث الشفافية والمعالجة المشروعة.
٧) الالتزام والاستخدام المحظور
تتعهد بعدم تقديم محتوى غير قانوني أو مضلِّل أو مخالف للحقوق، وعدم ممارسة الاحتيال، وعدم مخالفة القوانين واللوائح السارية في دول مجلس التعاون.
٨) إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمات “كما هي” و“بحسب المتاح”. نسعى للدقة واستمرارية الخدمة دون ضمان خلوّها من الأخطاء أو الانقطاعات.
٩) حدود المسؤولية
ضمن الحد الأقصى الذي يجيزه القانون، لا يتحمّل مركز تدبير أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدامك للموقع أو الخدمات.
١٠) تعديل الشروط
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. ويُعد استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل قبولاً بالشروط المُحدَّثة.
١١) الإنهاء
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو للامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية.
١٢) القانون المعمول به (الخليج)
تهدف هذه الشروط إلى التوافق مع المعايير السارية ضمن دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، مع مراعاة القواعد المحلية الإلزامية حيثما تنطبق.
