What to look for in a private driver
- A valid UAE driving licence — non-negotiable. An overseas licence alone is not enough to drive your family legally; the driver must hold (or be eligible to convert to) a UAE licence.
- A clean driving record and real experience on UAE roads.
- Familiarity with your areas and routes, good navigation, and punctuality.
- A language you can communicate in clearly.
