If you have searched for a “Tadbeer login” and come away confused, you are not doing anything wrong. There is no single Tadbeer account that handles everything to do with your domestic worker.
Tadbeer is a network of privately operated, MOHRE-licensed service centres — not one unified website. Depending on what you are trying to do, you will need the MOHRE smart services portal, your individual Tadbeer centre’s own system, the federal ICP platform, or (in Dubai) GDRFA.
This guide explains which login you actually need, in plain terms, so you stop hunting for a page that does not exist.
Why there is no single “Tadbeer login”
Tadbeer centres are licensed and supervised by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), but each centre is run by a private operator. The Tadbeer name is the licence and the standard — not a shared national account system.
So the sign-in page you need depends on who performs the transaction:
- Government transactions — visa issue, renewal, cancellation, contract registration → MOHRE / ICP / GDRFA
- Commercial transactions — booking a worker, paying a package, arranging a replacement → your individual Tadbeer centre
Almost every “Tadbeer login” search is really one of these two.
The four logins, and which one you need
1. MOHRE smart services — the main one
This is what most people are looking for. Since October 2025, MOHRE's Work Bundle platform, Work in UAE (workinuae.ae), lets employers issue, renew and cancel a domestic worker's residency visa, book the medical exam and e-sign the contract in one place. The MOHRE website and app (mohre.gov.ae) still cover contracts and enquiries, and Dubai sponsors can also use DubaiNow. We walk through the steps in our guide to applying for, renewing and cancelling a domestic worker visa online.
You typically sign in with UAE PASS, the national digital identity. If you do not have UAE PASS yet, register for it with your Emirates ID first. There is no separate "Tadbeer account" to create.
2. Your individual Tadbeer centre’s portal or app
Booking a maid, paying for a package, requesting a replacement or raising a service complaint happens with the centre itself, not with MOHRE. Each operator runs its own system — some have a web portal, some use an app, and many still handle everything over WhatsApp or at the counter.
If you do not know which centre holds your file, check your contract or payment receipt: the licensed trade name is printed on it. You can also match it against our directory of MOHRE-approved Tadbeer centres across the UAE.
3. ICP — Emirates ID and residency
The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (icp.gov.ae) handles Emirates ID issuance and residency status for most emirates. If you are checking an Emirates ID application or a residency file rather than an employment contract, this is your platform — also accessible with UAE PASS.
4. GDRFA — Dubai residence files
For workers sponsored in Dubai, residence visa steps are often handled through the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (gdrfad.gov.ae). This is the usual point of confusion for Dubai-based sponsors: the MOHRE contract and the GDRFA residence file are two separate records. Our guide to renewing a domestic worker residence visa explains how the two fit together.
A quick way to pick the right one
Ask yourself what you are actually trying to finish:
- “I need to renew or cancel her visa” → MOHRE smart services. For cancellation specifically, follow our step-by-step domestic worker visa cancellation guide.
- “I want to check or pay my package” → your Tadbeer centre.
- “I need her Emirates ID status” → ICP.
- “I’m in Dubai and chasing the residence stamp” → GDRFA.
- “I haven’t hired anyone yet” → start with a licensed provider, not a login. Browse verified agencies and centres in our directory.
Before you log in: have these ready
Whichever platform you use, the same documents come up repeatedly. Having them to hand saves a second session:
- Your Emirates ID and UAE PASS access
- The worker’s passport copy and photograph
- The existing MOHRE contract or offer letter, if there is one
- Your tenancy contract (Ejari or the equivalent in your emirate)
- Proof of income, where sponsorship eligibility is being assessed
Income and eligibility thresholds are set by the authorities and are reviewed from time to time, so confirm the current requirement before you apply — our guide on who can sponsor a maid visa in the UAE covers the eligibility rules in detail.
Costs are not shown in a central login
One expectation worth correcting: there is no national portal that displays a single Tadbeer price. Because centres are privately operated, package pricing varies by centre, by emirate, by the worker’s nationality and by whether the arrangement is live-in, live-out or hourly. Government fees are separate again from the centre’s commercial package. For current estimated ranges, see our Tadbeer maid visa cost breakdown rather than relying on a figure quoted in a forum.
Staying on the official route
Domestic work in the UAE is governed by Federal Decree-Law No. 9 of 2022 on Domestic Workers, as amended by Federal Decree-Law No. 21 of 2023. It requires that recruitment and placement run through licensed channels, and it sets out the contract and welfare obligations on both sides.
In practice that means two habits are worth keeping. First, only enter your UAE PASS credentials on official government domains: mohre.gov.ae, workinuae.ae, icp.gov.ae, u.ae, gdrfad.gov.ae or the DubaiNow app. Several look-alike sites advertise "Tadbeer login" and collect personal data.
Second, never pay a sponsorship or visa fee to an individual intermediary who cannot show a MOHRE licence number. A licensed centre issues a receipt and registers the contract in the government system — an unlicensed broker leaves you with no record and no recourse.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an official Tadbeer website with one login?
No. Tadbeer is a MOHRE licensing standard for privately operated service centres, not a single national account system. Government transactions go through MOHRE smart services, while bookings and payments go through the individual centre that holds your file.
How do I log in to MOHRE for my domestic worker’s visa?
Use Work in UAE (workinuae.ae), the MOHRE website or the MOHRE app, and sign in with UAE PASS, the UAE's national digital identity linked to your Emirates ID. If you do not have UAE PASS yet, register for it first; there is no separate Tadbeer registration.
I forgot which Tadbeer centre I used. How do I find it?
Check your contract or payment receipt — the licensed trade name appears on both. If you no longer have either, your MOHRE record shows the registered contract, and you can cross-check the centre against the list of approved centres in our directory.
Can I renew a maid visa online without visiting a Tadbeer centre?
In many cases yes. Since October 2025, issue, renewal and cancellation of a domestic worker's visa, the medical exam booking and the contract e-signature run through MOHRE's Work in UAE platform. Some steps, such as biometrics or the medical test itself, still need a visit.
Is “Tadbeer login” the same as the MOHRE login?
For most people searching the term, yes — they want MOHRE smart services. The phrase “Tadbeer login” is informal shorthand rather than the name of an actual government sign-in page.
