
The Public Authority for Manpower continues its inspection campaigns and arrests 44 illegal workers in the Al-Naeem Housing Project.


His Excellency the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah directed the action. The aim is to regulate the labor market. It also ensures that all parties follow the laws and regulations in force in the State of Kuwait. The Public Authority for Manpower, represented by the joint tripartite committee, conducted an intensive inspection campaign. The inspection focused on one of the construction sites affiliated with the Al-Naeem Housing Project. The campaign led to the arrest of several workers violating regulations. They worked for unauthorized companies or in professions not specified in their permits. This specifically included the companies (Arab Contractors – First Group). The campaign found (12) workers violating Article (20) (servant). It also found (1) worker violating (sheep care). Additionally, (28) workers were affiliated with other companies, not authorized to work on the site. • (3) workers violating the residency law. The Public Authority for Manpower affirms its continued tireless efforts. It conducts field inspection campaigns in cooperation with relevant authorities. These efforts aim to keep balance in the labor market. They guarantee an organized and safe work environment for all parties. Legal action is taken against violators without leniency.
