The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) took action against 22 domestic worker recruitment offices in February for 37 violations of the law regarding domestic workers.
Employers can trust that our hiring process will refund any fees within two weeks. This period starts when the domestic worker is returned to the recruitment office or when we are notified that the worker has left their job.
The Ministry has formally communicated with domestic worker recruitment offices. Underscoring the critical need to comply with the regulations that govern their operations. It has warned that failure to comply may lead to severe consequences. Including potential legal or administrative actions that could result in the revocation of licenses for entities that violate the established rules.
