HOW TO HIRE A DOMESTIC WORKER THROUGH TADBEER?

Once you fill out the application, mention the requirements and category of a domestic worker.

It also includes information about full-time or part-time, work hours or any specific skill set.

We share profiles of suitable workers based on your specific requirements and then set up interviews with shortlisted candidates

In case of an unsuccessful interview, Tadbeer will refer to another suitable profile of the domestic worker.

Once you are satisfied with a worker after the interview, the contractual terms are set as per your requirements.

The contract will also ensure that the basic rights of the workers are taken care of. So the worker also has a right to complain about an issue with Tadbeer Dubai or other emirate-specific centres at any time.

Tadbeer also ensures worker and family satisfaction and allows for worker replacement in case of any disagreements

Candidates also have a right to change their employer or request replacement in case of dissatisfaction.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT PACKAGES FOR TADBEER MAID SERVICES?

There are four recruitment packages to employ a domestic worker and each has different requirements.

Package 1 supports direct sponsorship from source countries for 180 days contract. You need to provide the domestic worker with all meals. A separate room and bathroom, monthly salary and passport renewals among other accommodation-related requirements.

Package 2 is Tadbeer sponsorship which allows you to hire a domestic worker for 180 days. And the company accepts all the costs for passport renewals except for accommodation-related requirements.

Package 3 ensures same-day hiring sponsored by Tadbeer for a 2-year contract. You need to ensure accommodation, salary and other requirements such as the end-of-service gratuity.

Package 4 features a flexible system for employers to hire workers on an hourly, daily or weekly basis. For instance, four hours daily for deep cleaning, nanny services, housekeeping or weekly gardening services.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF HIRING DOMESTIC WORKERS IN DUBAI AND THE REST OF THE UAE?

The cost of hiring domestic workers has been set to suit families living in the UAE. Costs of the workers also vary depending on the country they are coming from due to changes in ticket prices and travel costs. 

For the first package, the transfer will allow a six-month contractual period with the family.

PACKAGE 1

Excluding monthly salary, the first package to hire a Sri Lankan worker costs AED 2,200.

For Filipino and Indonesian workers it costs AED 2,500 and workers from Ethiopia, Uganda, and Kenya cost AED 3,500 under package 1.

“Indian and Nepali workers cost AED 6,000, while Bangladeshi workers are priced at AED 4,500.

Filipino and Indonesian workers earn a monthly salary package of AED 2,500. While Bangladeshi, Kenyan, Indian, and Nepali workers receive compensation at AED 2,250. Sri Lankan workers earn AED 2,200, and Ugandan and Ethiopian workers receive AED 2,300.

In Dubai, families can sponsor maids, and there is also a minimum salary bracket requirement for this.
